Working Together
My approach is rooted in person-centred counselling, meaning our work together is guided by you and your individual experience. I believe the relationship we build is central to meaningful therapeutic work, offering a space grounded in empathy, authenticity and compassion.
While person-centred forms the foundation of my practice, I also draw on other therapeutic approaches where helpful. I enjoy working creatively within sessions, using tools such as mood cards, the Blob Tree and gentle guided mindfulness or grounding techniques when they feel supportive. The way we work together is always tailored to you.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £45 a session. These can take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
I work primarily online, offering counselling to adults across the UK via a secure video platform. Telephone sessions are also available if you prefer not to use video.
I offer walk-and-talk counselling in Cornwall. We would agree on a suitable outdoor location and meeting point in advance, ensuring the space feels comfortable and appropriate for you.
All sessions are confidential and client-led, providing consistent and supportive space to reflect, build awareness and move at your own pace.
